At Helderberg Christian School, we base our dress code on the scriptures. We dress to bring honor to God and enhance our witness for Christ to the world. Based on our philosophy, we require the following:
- Students must dress in a neat, clean, and modest manner and with an attitude that reflects obedience and cooperation, rather than rebellion.
- When wearing skirts or dresses, the length should be appropriate and around the height of the knees. Shorts should be work underneath.
- Clothing must not have offensive language, logos, or pictures on it.Â
- Short shorts, miniskirts, tight pants, bare midriffs, tank tops, spaghetti straps, and muscle shirts are not permitted,Â
- Shoes must always be worn and must be tied. No open toed shoes or flip flops. Sneakers are required for gym
